Schools Out, Musuems On: Cyanotypes

Is school closed and you’re not sure what to do with your kids? Look no further! Come to Shaker Heritage Society for a FREE Museum Day. On October 2nd, from 10am – 1pm, we will be hosting a FREE Herbal Impressions, walk in class. Where kids of all ages will learn a little bit about the medicinal herb industry that started here and then pick herbs and use them to make cyanotypes (blue and white camera-less photographs that are developed using sunlight) of their own!
